the location in the jungle was perfect, allowing for a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the staff, especially Marilina, provided excellent service and organized a memorable trip to the local cenotes. the hostel is also conveniently close to the nice public beach and the Centro, making it easy to explore. the room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. it was a great experience!

I did have a minor issue with the receptionist, who could have been more friendly and helpful.

The best aspects of my romantic escape were the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the pool was a great feature, providing a relaxing and refreshing spot to unwind. We also appreciated the convenient location, with a supermarket and shops within close proximity.

The worst aspects of our stay were the cleanliness issues, such as stained bed sheets and the lack of pillow covers, which we found unsanitary. the noise levels from the TV near the bar made it difficult to have a quiet night.

The bar had friendly staff, the location was convenient near restaurants and the bus station. Comfy beds with curtains, breakfast included, and a pool to relax. Family dinners offered and free drinks for girls in the evenings.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel in the center of Tulum. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the tourist and non, tourist spots by bike. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. We loved the daily tours and activities organized by the hostel, as well as the 24, hour check, in. It was a great place to meet new people and we felt like part of a big family.

The hostel had a great vibe and the staff treated me like family. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in. They organized daily activities , such as visits to cenotes and beaches, which was awesome. the scuba diving experience taught by David and Diego was incredible. They were professional and knowledgeable about the reefs and cenotes. It was perfect for both beginners and experts.

The location of the hostel was disappointing. the surrounding area was not very pleasant, with empty lots, trash, and street dogs.

amazing stay, exceeded expectations. luxurious suites, stunning pool and jacuzzi. Agustina at reception was amazing. good buzz in bar area, lots of activities organized. 10/10!

had a blast at che tulum! incredible private suites and the staff, especially natasha, made our stay unforgettable. daily activities, like biking to a beach club and guacamole/margarita classes, brought everyone together. can't wait to stay again! #amazingstaff

Wifi was a struggle.

Staying at this hostel was a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Akumal beach and in the center of everything. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing excellent service from check, in to check, out. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start the day. the facilities, including the pool, kitchen, and lounge areas, were well, maintained and provided a great atmosphere. It was also great to have the option of participating in various activities organized by the hostel.

The noise from the neighboring hostel could be disruptive at times.

The private suites were amazing, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Natasha, who organized the daily activities, were really nice too make our experience lovely. From biking to a beach club to hosting guacamole and margarita classes, she really made our stay special. The location of the hostel was also ideal, and the event nights were a fun way to meet new people.

I recently stayed at a little gem just a block west of the main drag. The staff at this hostel, especially Facu, were super friendly and helpful! The courtyard area was cute, and the kitchen was sufficient for those who wanted to cook. They even had an Argentine BBQ with live guitar music, adding to the great vibe in the quiet neighborhood. My private room had a comfortable double bed and a shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. it was a fantastic experience at Che Tulum Hostel & Bar Adults Only.

Location is not that great, but still within a 5-10 minute walk from main attractions. Noisy atmosphere, especially at night with loud music and partying.
